HOW DOES Beer2Home WORK?

Once you order your drinks through beer2home.ca(or other redirected domains), your order will be sent through to the Beer2Home Delivery Contractor network that works with us. They will pick up your order and deliver it right to your door. At this point you've already paid through the site or you can pay on delivery, and all you will have to do is provide your ID at the door. Tipping your driver will be appreciated.

WHERE IS Beer2Home AVAILABLE?

Beer2Home currently delivers to Waterloo Ontario. If your area is not served yet, please ask us. WE are expanding our service area.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

As quickly as possible. Our Delivery Contractor generally completes deliveries within one hour of purchase. Delivery times may fluctuate depending on the day of the week, time, weather etc.

IS ID REQUIRED?

A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery in order to receive your order. If the order recipient is not over 19 years of age, the products purchased will be returned to the retailer. In this circumstance, you will be refunded the full order value, less the delivery charge and fee with the prepaid order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ORDER?

Beer2Home charges a delivery fee and you can find it when checkout. We include a Service Fee on the order total, this helps us to continue providing the best service possible and grow our reach! All tips go directly to the hardworking drivers who make your orders possible!

OPERATING HOURS?

We are currently working with the hours of operation of the LCBO locations in the cities where we provide service. The general hours are below but may be impacted by COVID regulations.

Monday – Saturday: 11am – 9pm

Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

REFUND POLICY & ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel your order, please email beer2home.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible indicating your cancellation. If the driver has not yet acted on the delivery, you will not incur any cancellation fees. If you wish to make a change to your order, please cancel your previous order, resubmit a new one, and contact beer2home.ca@gmail.com so we may refund you for your previous order. If the driver has already acted on the initial order, cancellation fees may apply.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Beer2Home makes a commercially reasonable effort to keep accurate inventory information, though if a product happens to be out of stock, our Delivery Contractor will contact you using the phone number you provided at checkout to adjust your order to your preference.

WHO CAN ACCEPT MY ORDER?

Anyone at the residential house unit, apartment etc. can accept your order if they are over 19 years of age. The individual who accepts the order will of course be required to show  ID at the time of delivery. Some places may be rejected to deliver.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY ORDER?

It is our policy to return all missed deliveries to the retailer. In this circumstance, you will be refunded the total of your order, less the delivery fee. The delivery fee will still stand so the driver does not suffer a loss for the delivery that has already been completed.
